Address written contrary to regulations

Sent by Bray to Ernest Arnold with the address written at the top of the card on 4th November 1898. This was contrary to the regulations that stipulated that the address, and only the address, should be written on the right hand side of the card.

The message is written partly in code, exorting Arnold to bring his bag of tickets with him.
