Thrown from Railway Carriage

Small card thrown by Bray from a moving railway carriage as he was passing through a station on his way to Shelley. Bray requested that it to be returned to him at Shelley Hall where he would be staying.

Bray wrote the request for its return in verse hoping to appeal to the finder.

Found by Mrs. Furman, who decided not to pay for a stamp which resulted in a 1d. charge being applied for its delivery to The Hall, at Holton St. Mary on 2nd February 1899.
