Addressed written backwards

Sent by Bray to Miss Duffett 184, 90 Sydney Street, Chelsea, S.W. on 18th July 1900.

Bray sent this card to his cousin, Clara Duffett, who was probably related to the Duffetts who lived with his family.

This time the Post Office took exception to the form of address and deemed it to be contrary to regulations.

The message on the reverse side is written in the now-familiar substitution code.
