Autograph request

Postcard sent by Bray to Erwin Wassner on 15th January 1933 asking for his autograph.

Erwin Wassner (1887 - 1937) was a highly decorated German U-boat captain during the First World War when he was resonsible for sinking 96 ships.

Aftre the war he was promoted to the rank of Admiral and fulfilled many roles including that of the Naval Attache to the Embassy in London.
